Water & Damp Proofing
We have realized that most people have damp or waterproofing issues, due to bad water
management from rain or poor drainage.
Our first priority is the rerouting or management of water, getting water to flow away from building structures where possible. We then tackle the areas susceptible to damp by waterproofing the area, finally damp
proofing the area that is a result of the water that has been absorbed by the building structure.

01
Waterproofing
The process of waterproofing involves firstly drying out the exterior of the structure, drilling into the structure to inject the waterproofing agent, followed by a waterproof application and membrane with additional application of the waterproofing agent. Once completed the area can be painted to give the desired esthetic effect.

02
Damp Proofing
Once the exterior of the affected structure has been waterproofed, we would damp proof the interior by stripping the area and treating it with a damp proofing agent, before painting. In order to get the desired outcome it's critical to first resolve the route cause of the issue through waterpoofing the area from the exterior where required.
